Which option should I choose?
If you want ideas and resources to explore at your own pace, start with the $39 membership. If you want Robyn to understand what is happening for your child and work alongside your family personally, choose the 6-week support package.
Can I cancel the membership anytime?
Yes. The Developmental Hub membership is month-to-month with no minimum commitment. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens during the 6-week package?
You have three live telehealth sessions with Robyn across six weeks. Between sessions, Robyn can use participant-specific planning time to adapt strategies, prepare relevant resources and plan next steps. You also have Hub access throughout the six weeks.
Does my child need to sit on Zoom for a full hour?
No. A 60-minute appointment is a block of professional support time. Depending on your child's age, regulation and capacity, some time may be spent directly together and some may be used for agreed participant-specific planning and resources.
Who needs to be present during telehealth?
A responsible adult involved in the child's care needs to be present. This might be a parent, carer, grandparent, support worker or another appropriate adult. The aim is to work together so strategies can carry into everyday life.
Can NDIS funding be used?
Self-managed and many plan-managed participants may be able to use NDIS funding where the support is appropriate to the participant's disability-related needs and plan. NDIS supports are invoiced according to the professional time actually provided and the current applicable pricing arrangements.
Is the $649 package price the same for private-pay families?
Yes. Private-pay families can purchase the 6-week package for $649. NDIS participants are invoiced according to the professional supports actually delivered rather than being charged automatically for unused support time.
What happens after the six weeks?
You do not have to continue. You can finish there, continue with the $39 membership, book another session when you need one, or move into a lighter monthly support arrangement if ongoing contact would help.
What age groups are covered in the membership library?
The current video library has its strongest collection for children around 5–8 years, with additional developmental tools and support being expanded across younger children, older children and teenagers.
What is the monthly live Q&A?
Once a month, Robyn hosts a live session where members can ask general questions about child development. Replays are available when you cannot attend live.
Is payment secure?
Membership and private-pay package payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your card details are not stored by Developmental Hub.
