Getting dressed. Leaving the house. Sitting to read. Packing a school bag. Playing together. Coping after school. Doing one simple job without it becoming a battle.
Sometimes you know your child needs support, but you are not quite sure what you are looking at or what to actually do next.
No diagnosis required. No perfect therapy setup. Start with the child in front of you and the family life you already have.

Choose the thing that feels closest to what is happening in your family right now.
Crashing, wriggling, avoiding, chewing, rough play, dressing battles or falling apart after school.
Help me notice what their body is telling me →Tell me how much capacity you have, what your child is practising and what you are already doing today.
Build my tiny plan →Work out which part you do, which part you do together and where your child might be ready for slightly less help.
Show me the Independence Ladder →No time. Too tired. They will get upset. Easier if I do it. We already tried. I feel guilty.
Help me through the mud →Start using the Hub before you spend anything.
For families who want somewhere to keep coming back to as their child grows.
When the same battles keep happening and generic ideas are no longer enough.
I am Robyn, an Exercise Physiologist and Developmental Educator, but I am also a mum.
Over the years I have become far more interested in helping families understand what a developmental goal actually looks like between appointments, when nobody has set up the perfect activity and everyone is simply trying to get through normal family life.
That is what this Hub is for. Not turning parents into therapists. Helping you see where small opportunities for movement, independence, regulation and connection are already sitting in front of you.
More about RobynAn allied health professional can assess, guide and progress support. The ordinary days in between can give your child more opportunities to use those skills in meaningful situations. Sometimes that practice is only two minutes long.
The free video library gives you short movement activities you can follow at home without needing to design an activity yourself.

Download my Reflex Integration eBook for another way of looking at some of the physical foundations that can sit underneath everyday movement and learning.
The guide will open after you submit your details.
Sometimes a free tool is enough to get you moving again. Sometimes you need someone to sit with the whole picture.
A 1:1 online session gives us time to look at what keeps happening, what your child may be finding difficult, what you have already tried and where we can make everyday life more manageable.
The same routine keeps becoming a battle.
You have several professional recommendations but cannot see how they fit together.
You are doing a lot for your child and still feel unsure what matters most.
Or you simply want personalised guidance rather than another generic list of activities.
The Developmental Hub also has professional pathways and resources for people supporting children and families.
